1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when refunds, credits, or cancellations are available for products and services sold by AISOLO Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us") through explainx.ai. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Different products have different refund terms β please read the section relevant to your purchase before buying. If you have a question, contact us at [email protected] before completing your order.
2. Membership Plans (Monthly, Annual, Lifetime)
explainx.ai Membership plans are billed in advance and grant access to premium features, content, and Workshop enrollment benefits (for Annual and Lifetime plans).
2.1 Monthly Membership
- Cancellation: Cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges are made after cancellation.
- Refunds: Monthly plan payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge occurred in error (e.g. a duplicate charge), contact us at [email protected] within 7 days and we will investigate.
2.2 Annual Membership
- 7-day refund window: If you have not accessed any gated premium content or used your Workshop enrollment benefit, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial annual charge by emailing [email protected].
- After 7 days / after access: Annual plan payments are non-refundable once the 7-day window has passed or once you have accessed premium content or enrolled in a Workshop using the Membership benefit.
- Renewal charges: Annual plans renew automatically. You may cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Charges made on the renewal date are subject to the same 7-day window above.
2.3 Lifetime Membership
- 7-day refund window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your Lifetime Membership purchase, provided you have not accessed any gated premium content or used any Workshop enrollment benefit.
- After 7 days / after access: Lifetime Membership payments are non-refundable.

3. Live Workshops
Workshops are scheduled instructor-led sessions with limited capacity. The following refund and cancellation terms apply to paid Workshop enrollments.

Annual/Lifetime Membership free enrollments: If you enrolled using your Membership benefit (no payment required), there is no refund as no payment was made. Cancelling your enrollment at least 48 hours before the start frees your seat for others.
AISOLO-initiated cancellation: If we cancel a Workshop run for any reason, all enrolled participants will receive a full refund of their purchase price or a full credit, at their choice.
Rescheduling: If a Workshop is rescheduled and the new date does not work for you, request a refund within 5 days of the rescheduling notification β we will refund in full.
To cancel a Workshop enrollment, email [email protected] with your enrollment details before the applicable deadline.
4. Bootcamps
AISOLO-operated Bootcamps (multi-session structured programs) are sold with the following terms:

Bootcamps listed on explainx.ai that are operated by third-party providers are governed by those providers' own refund policies. AISOLO has no responsibility for refunds on third-party Bootcamps.

5. Mock Tests
AI certification Mock Tests available at /tests are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase and are therefore non-refundable once accessed.
- If you purchased a Mock Test but have not yet accessed it and believe the purchase was in error, contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours. We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
- Once you have opened, started, or viewed any part of a Mock Test, the purchase is final and no refund will be issued.
6. Courses
Self-paced Courses are digital content. Refund eligibility:
- Within 7 days, not yet started: Full refund on request.
- After starting the Course or after 7 days: No refund.

7. Custom Deliverables (e.g. DESIGN.md)
Custom deliverables (such as custom DESIGN.md drafting) are bespoke services. Once work has commenced (typically within 2 business days of your order), the purchase is non-refundable. If we are unable to complete the deliverable within a reasonable timeframe, we will issue a full refund. Questions: [email protected].
8. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request β [Product Name]".
- Include: your name, the email address used at purchase, the product purchased, the date of purchase, and a brief reason for the request.
- We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5β10 business days, subject to your bank or card issuer's processing time.
9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account pending resolution. Many issues can be resolved quickly by contacting us directly at [email protected].
10. Governing law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable local law.
