Multiverse Computing introduced ProvenanceGuard in a September 29, 2026 Hugging Face blog and in arXiv paper 2606.18037. It consumes captured MCP traces with tool IDs, source IDs, and raw outputs; decomposes the answer into claims; routes each claim to source-specific evidence; scores support with NLI and alignment signals; separately checks attribution; and emits per-claim verdicts plus an answer-level allow or block, with optional RARR-style repair.
