GitHub

GitHub is a Microsoft-owned platform for hosting Git repositories, reviewing pull requests, and running CI/CD workflows.

GitHub layers pull-request review, issue tracking, and GitHub Actions CI/CD on top of Git, and became the default home for open-source and enterprise repositories after Microsoft's 2018 acquisition.
