  1. Confirm your organization's Frontier Program eligibility and current enrollment status — this isn't available outside that program during the preview.
  2. Check the Online Services Subprocessor List entry for xAI directly rather than assuming Microsoft's standard data-processing terms automatically extend identically to every model provider — subprocessor terms can vary by vendor.
