Map the modern AI workflow: always-on rules (CLAUDE.md), on-demand skills (SKILL.md), and context management. Understand why dumping everything into a system prompt doesn't scale — and how the skill registry gives you the right expertise at the right moment. No code — just concepts and hands-on browsing.
Session 2: Installing Agent Skills for Your Role
Install skills from the explainx.ai registry using the skills CLI (npx skills). Pick a skill set for your discipline — SEO, content, sales, ops, or product. Run your first skill-powered Claude session and see the difference. Walk through the explainx.ai skills directory together and pick your personal stack.

Session 4: Team Playbooks & Sharing Your Workflow
Package your personal skill stack into a team playbook — how to install, what each skill does, and when to use it. Learn how to share SKILL.md files across your team and document your AI workflow so onboarding a new teammate takes minutes, not weeks.
