Slash command
List every other session Claude can message: local sessions on this machine and, when Remote Control is connected, your sessions on other machines and Claude Code on the web. Alias: /peers.
Not what you're looking for? Ask MeloCross-session messaging (v2.1.224+, macOS/Linux) lets one Claude Code session send a message to another via the ListAgents and SendMessage tools, so a finding, a decision, or a status update can move between sessions without you copy-pasting it yourself. /list-agents shows which sessions are reachable and the name Claude addresses each by. Same-machine sessions exchange messages over a local inbox socket; sessions on other machines or on the web are reply-only unless you're replying through an active Remote Control connection. Delivery follows the crossSessionInbound setting, and isolatePeerMachines can require your approval before any message leaves the machine.
