Track Archetypes

Six curriculum tracks. All fully customisable.

Executive AI Track

Half-day

C-suite, board, senior leaders

Investment thesis, competitive benchmarking, and governance guardrails. Produces a signed pilot scorecard before participants leave the room.

Modules

  • AI landscape & competitive positioning
  • Portfolio prioritisation framework
  • Risk, compliance & board communication

Practitioner Foundations

1–2 days

Cross-functional practitioners

Prompting patterns, evaluation habits, and responsible use checkpoints. Works with any LLM stack — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot.

Modules

  • Prompt engineering & regression mindset
  • When not to trust confident outputs
  • Documentation & escalation habits

AI Agents & Agentic Workflows

1–2 days

Technical leads, product teams

MCP, tool-use patterns, multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop design. Labs build real workflow prototypes.

Modules

  • Agent architecture & tool-use
  • MCP & enterprise integrations
  • Safety, evals & production readiness

Topic × Industry Track

Custom

Sector-specific teams

Topic-in-industry templates — e.g. generative AI in banking, AI agents for FMCG, responsible AI for healthcare. Same high-intent framing, fully tailored content.

Modules

  • Industry context & regulatory framing
  • Domain-specific use-case labs
  • Governance checkpoints & pilot backlog

Data & ML Enablement

2–3 days

Data science & engineering teams

RAG, vector search, fine-tuning, evals, and model selection. Technical depth with production deployment context.

Modules

  • RAG architecture & retrieval patterns
  • Fine-tuning vs. prompting decision tree
  • Eval frameworks & production monitoring

Train-the-Trainer

1–2 days

Internal L&D, AI champions

Equip your internal facilitators with curriculum, labs, and rubrics to scale AI enablement without external dependency.

Modules

  • Facilitation playbook & exercises
  • Evaluation rubrics & spot-check templates
  • 30-day adoption reinforcement plan
What's included

Every curriculum ships with six deliverables.

Modular agenda with time allocations

Every curriculum ships with a session-by-session agenda, speaker notes, and time splits — ready to share with L&D and approval chains.

Hands-on lab scripts

Prompt templates, exercise scripts, breakout prompts, and facilitation notes calibrated to your vocabulary and tool stack.

Governance checkpoints

DPDP, RBI/SEBI, IRDAI, or sector-appropriate policy guardrails built into the session — not appended as a disclaimer.

Evaluation rubric

Criteria your L&D team can use to assess comprehension, readiness, and adoption intent after each session.

Pilot backlog template

A structured output from the session: prioritised use cases with owner, metric, baseline, and kill criteria — signed off during the room.

Post-session adoption pathway

Links to explainx.ai on-demand courses and optional 30-day check-in to keep momentum after the facilitator leaves.

Industries

Curricula for every vertical.

Each industry has its own scenario library, regulatory framing, and vocabulary. We don't reuse generic slides — every track is rebuilt from the domain up.

Curriculum design process

From brief to
delivered curriculum.

Five steps, typically completed in 2–3 weeks. Discovery and interviews happen before any content is built — so the curriculum reflects your organisation, not a template.

Start the process →
01

Discovery call & problem framing

We align on sponsors, success metrics, and constraints (2026 tool landscape, data rules, procurement gates) before anything is scheduled company-wide.

02

Stakeholder interviews & day-in-the-life context

Short conversations with practitioners (not only leadership) so scenarios reflect real workflows—not generic slide demos.

03

Curriculum design & artifacts

Modular agenda, exercise scripts, evaluation rubrics, and governance checkpoints matched to your vocabulary (banking, FMCG, engineering, etc.).

04

Engaged, hands-on delivery

Facilitation-led sessions with live exercises, breakout prompts, and documented failure modes—minimum passive lecture time.

05

Post-session support: documentation & next steps

Written recap, pilot backlog, links to explainx.ai courses for scaled upskilling, and optional office hours so momentum doesn’t stop at the workshop.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What's a 'sample curriculum' and how does it differ from the actual programme?

Sample curricula are archetype outlines — they show the module structure, objectives, and content depth of a given track. The actual programme is customised after a discovery call: vocabulary, scenarios, lab datasets, and governance examples are all adapted to your organisation.

Can I share a sample curriculum with my L&D or procurement team?

Yes — that's the intent. These outlines are cite-ready and structured for internal approval chains. We can also produce a one-page executive summary on request.

How long does curriculum design take?

After a discovery call and stakeholder interviews (typically 3–5 short conversations), a custom agenda with full module detail is ready in 5–10 business days. We can expedite for urgent engagements.

Do you support multiple cohorts running the same curriculum?

Yes. Once a curriculum is designed, it can be licensed for your internal facilitators (via our train-the-trainer track) or delivered as parallel cohorts across sites and timezones.

Can curricula be combined — e.g., executive track in the morning, practitioner track in the afternoon?

Absolutely. Multi-track day structures are common for full-day company events. We design the thread between sessions so messaging is consistent across roles.

What industries have you built curricula for?

Banking, FMCG, healthcare, pharma, IT & software, consulting, retail, manufacturing, logistics, media, legal, government, and 12+ more. Every vertical has a bespoke scenario library.
